Bring-A-Friend Day & Fall Festival
Sunday October 4th
Begins with a special service of baptism, child dedications, children’s sermon, and worship for all ages at 11am.
Following the service, a free picnic with hamburgers, hot dogs, drink, and more will be served in Arrowood park (located behind the church) after the service. Kids, youth, and adults alike will want to join in the fun after the picnic by playing a variety of games including:
- Apple bobbing
- Sack races
- Face painting
- Basketball
- Scarecrow creations
- Pumpking painting
- Moonwalk
At 3pm, the contemporary band, "Red Letters" will be holding an outdoor concert in the field next to the church. Bring your lawn chairs, blankets, and snacks for the exciting afternoon of music.
Pie in the Face Contest:
The pastor has offered himself as a target for a special contest. The person who brings the most adults, youth, and/or children to the service on Sunday will get the opportunity to throw a pie in the face of the pastor.
